My first time with this one. Lovely 👍. Give it a go with an individual Sticky Toffee Pudding.

I went with just sultanas.

12 fl oz 340ml large microwaveable mug

Ingredients

10 small dates, roughly chopped or a small handful of sultanas
1 1/2 tablespoons hot water
1/8 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons (¾ oz/ 22g) butter
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (18g)
1 1/2 tablespoons self raising flour (15g)
2 tablespoons beaten egg
1/2 tablespoons walnuts , roughly chopped (optional)

Method
In a microwavable mug, place the chopped dates or sultanas, baking soda and water.

Place in microwave for 50 seconds until the dates or sultanas are softened.

Add the butter and stir until melted.
Stir in the sugar, flour and egg to the mug until combined. Add in walnuts, optional

Place in the microwave for 1 minute – 1 minutes 15 seconds. When it is firm to the touch on top it is done.

Drizzle caramel sauce

Sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar 25g,
1 tsp butter
1 tsp milk
Zap in microwave in 10 second increments till smooth. Pour over the top of your pudding.
