(School Dinner) Caramel Slice

The quick and easy way.

Ingredients

1 Roll of Shop bought short crust pastry

1 can Carnation Caramel Sauce/Creme de Leche

Chocolate Sprinkles

Method

Unroll the shortcrust pastry onto a baking sheet. Prick the surface of the pastry and bake in the oven at 180c for 20 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

Empty the can of Caramel sauce into a bowl and mix well then spread onto the cooked pastry base.
Sprinkle the top with chocolate sprinkles.
Cut up into slices with a sharp knife.
