Moving on from the Vovo Raspberry Jam, Marshmallow or Icing Tarts, even easier with these ones. Another 2 for 1.

A Scottish traditional slant…… some more of the ones you’d see on a funeral Sandwich and cake stand. πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I’ll leave the Ingredient quantities open

Ingredients
Mini tart shells, shop bought
Raspberry Jam or Pineapple Jam
Cream for whipping or you can use some of the Mock Cream topping ideas up in the Files section.
Icing Sugar
Pink or Yellow food colouring

Method

Add a teaspoon of the jam into the bottom of each tart shell.
Add a blob of cream. You can do them small or large blobs.
Mix some icing sugar with a splash of milk or water along with a little of the pink or yellow food colouring to form an icing and pour over the tarts.

Of course these pineapple ones are completely different to my full blown large cardiac arrest Scottish Pineapple Tart, with the marshmallow cream and fondant icing that you can also check out on the website. Possibly the reason for a few funerals. 😳
