I’ve got special permission to post this one, which I’ve typed out, as it was, from Jessie’s Recipe Book.

I don’t have an actual picture but it will look like the one here. Some might call it Tiffin Slice. It’s now called Jessie’s Chocolate Fudge.


Ingredients 

1 packet of Rich Tea biscuits

4oz Marg

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 Desert-spoons of Syrup

1 cupful of raisins 

8 squares of cooking chocolate

1 tin of Condensed Milk

Method 

Crunch biscuits up, melt syrup, sugar, marg and milk, when melted put in crushed biscuits and mix, when ready put in tray then melt chocolate. Put on top of fudge to harden.
