Ingredients
6 oz chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced
4 cups green cabbage , finely shredded
1 1/2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 oz chow mein noodles
1 carrot , finely sliced
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
3 spring onions , cut into pieces
1/4 cup water
CHOW MEIN SAUCE:
2 tsp cornflour
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Chinese Cooking wine or Dry sherry
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
White pepper
