Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine …or dry sherry
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp water (To thin sauce)

The rest

1 lb Your choice of stir fry steak thinly sliced.
1 clove garlic or a teaspoon puree
1 onion sliced

You might need some extra water to thin down and get the consistency right.
