Chicken and King Prawn Orzo One Pan

3 or 4 chicken breasts chopped
King prawns, handful
300g orzo pasta
400g tin chopped tomatoes/passata
500ml boiling water
Mangetout, handful
1 Bell pepper, sliced
Handful of asparagus tips
Few chopped spring onions

Heat some oil in a pan/wok and add the orzo. Fry for a minute. Add the chopped/passata and the boiling water and stir well.
Add the chopped chicken pieces and simmer for 20 mins. Add the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for a further 5 mins. Garnish with the spring onions.
